Maintenance service

 

JLead Information provides free product warranty after-sales service in the contract specifications for the products it represents.
(The network security equipment provides the original warranty period according to the product attributes of each brand).

If you have any after-sales service problems, please contact us at JLead, and we should deal with them quickly. Or you can get the service in the following ways:

Repair product processing process:

1. Ju Li Information Service Center will test within 7 working days after receiving the goods. After the goods are confirmed as faulty products, Ju Li Information will assist in the process of returning to the original factory for maintenance. After that, the Ju Li repair center will return the repaired goods to the original repairer. (The freight is borne by JLead Information).

2. The goods are free of charge during the warranty period, and do not contain accessories (such as transformers) and natural disasters such as (water). The warranty period for the repaired goods will remain the same as the warranty period for the original repairs.

3. If it is necessary to repair the fee, the Ju Li repair center will wait for the repair product and the maintenance order to be quoted by telephone and e-mail. The repairer will decide whether to send it for repair. If the repaired fault product has not been answered for more than one week. Whether it is repaired or not, the Ju Li Information Service Center will not be notified any more, and will return the repaired defective products to the original repairer (the freight is borne by JLead Information).

4. The customer can check the maintenance progress by telephone. The maintenance product inquiry line: 02-77338855#1255, the maintenance progress can be inquired through the service number or contact email mobile phone.

5. The gifts that are attached when you purchase the goods are not covered by the company's service warranty. Please contact the original brand of each gift.

 

Precautions:

1. Modules, accessories and other purchased products, please remove the reservation yourself. If it is not indicated in the maintenance order, it will not be responsible for the loss;

2. When the customer sends repairs, please remove the number or property barcode attached to the machine and keep it. The company will not be able to retrieve the product after repairing the original factory. Please cooperate, thank you!
